We are seeking a long-term candidate to lead the development and commercialization of a new product. The role will involve:Product Development: Designing and creating an innovative educational toy.Manufacturing Sourcing: Identifying and establishing reliable manufacturing partners in Pune.Sales & Distribution: Launching and managing product listings on major online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.This position requires a proactive individual with strong skills in product innovation, vendor management, and e-commerce sales strategy.

The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage shop-floor workers, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and ensure safety compliance. The role requires strong leadership, production planning, and hands-on supervision in a packaging manufacturing environment.

Requirements:a. Should have proficiency in Creo Softwareb. Should have previous experience 3-5 Years in Product design with background in Plastics & Sheet Metal Componentsc. Previous experience in Automotive Electrical Engg shall be preferable.d. Qualification: B.E Electrical or Mechanicale. Should be able to lead a team of design engineers.
