Production Engineer manages and optimizes the manufacturing of precision electric motors and motion control solutions. This involves tracking operational efficiency, allocating manpower, ensuring quality control, and driving continuous shop-floor improvements.Key Responsibilities:-Production Planning: Allocate manpower, balance assembly lines, and plan daily/weekly schedules to meet delivery commitments. Efficiency Monitoring: Track operation cycle times, identify production bottlenecks, and minimize machine downtime. Data Analysis: Record and analyze daily production data, specifically monitoring output, rework, scrap, and rejection rates. Quality Control: Ensure all manufactured parts meet strict engineering tolerances and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Shop-Floor Management: Enforce 5S, safety protocols, and waste reduction methods. Maintenance: Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance for production machinery. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the Quality, Stores, and Maintenance departments to maintain a smooth production flow.Candidate Requirements Education: Diploma or B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering. Experience: Typically ranges from 2 to 8 years in the manufacturing sector, with some entry-level roles available. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CNC machines, plastic moulding, machine shops, and manufacturing operations. Head EngineeringJob description Must be involved in all Techno commercial functions of EPC Business Overall Planning, Monitoring & Control of EPC Project. To supervise the Piping & Structural Design, Engineering, Fabrication, Procurement services support for various static & rotary equipment, piping system, valves and specialties. Participating various negotiations with vendors & sub-contractors. Review & maintain Project Quality system as per codes & standards. Billing & Payment follow up till closer of the contract. Attending various review meeting with Top Management & Client Review & Finalization of various Works Contracts for construction. Member of Quality Management System for organization. Well conversant with relevant international codes and standards and familiar with industry design standards, Project Engineering, Coordination and Engineering coordinator role. Schedule, monitor, control and report discipline progress to project management team on predetermined intervals. Liaison with other disciplines, client technical authorities and vendors as required to resolve issues and constraints to ensure client satisfaction. Analyse requirements of project scope, identify resources, requirements, plan forecast dates and manage the budget.
