R&D Executive, is responsible for managing the technical development and support of batch coding machine systems within the organization. Core responsibilities include understanding the machine architecture and process flow, interpreting PCB layouts and embedded software, and resolving complex issues related to electronic components, PCB hardware, and firmware integration. R&D Executive is actively involved in the encoding, testing, and calibration of PCBs, and handles hardware debugging at the component level. Additionally, he is entrusted with the task of developing the R&D department from the ground up, which includes performing all kinds of operational work required to establish the department, setting up technical infrastructure, defining workflows and SOPs, maintaining detailed technical documentation, and coordinating with vendors for PCB design, prototyping, and manufacturing within India. R&D Executive is crucial in driving product innovation, supporting cross-functional teams for new product development, and ensuring the continuous improvement of machine reliability and performance.

Electronics/Instrument/Mechatronics engineers are responsible for designing, developing, assembling, and testing electronic components, circuits, and systems. ensuring systems meet functionality, reliability, and safety standards. They perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and service work for Batch coding machines conduct research for innovation, and provide technical documentation, including specifications and testing procedures, to support efficient operations and service.
