End-to-End design and development of bumper system (exterior systems) Define the concept of the product design to meet customer specifications & GD&T and ensure that the design for manufacturing aspects is fulfilled. Knowledge and implementation of different regulation requirement for exterior systems Performing the risk analysis (DFMEA), DFM and DFA Design/CAD sign-off, BOM creation/ management, requirement compliance. Manage product DVP - validation for aesthetic, material, functional & geometry. Manage fixture development activity with involvement of design & Quality team along with customer for part approval & validating design as per Gap & flush requirement.
