Prepare control scheme/topologyELECTRICAL AUTOCAD , SWITCHGEAR SELECTION, PREPARATION OF BILL OF MATERIAL, DESIGNING PANELS,POWER CIRCUIT DIAGRAM, SLD, IO DRAWINGS CABLE SCHEDULE,, MISUBISHI PLC KNOWLEDGESwitchgear Selection, Drive selection, Control Logic, PLC requirement, IO Counts, special modules, sensors, actuators, displays, IT infrastructure in the project/application etc.Working on P&ID, System Architecture, Networking solutions, Loop diagram, Grounding diagram, Single line diagram, AC/DC power distribution drawings, Earthing drawings, Label drawings, Installation layout, SAT,FAT & Bill of material.Responsible for providing expert advice on Estimation, costing , Design, Quality Assurance documentation.Propose appropriate technical solutionValidation of technical design & estimate thereof- Post sales functionPrepare BOM as per design document Prepare Engineering release document & track for incremental modifications/corrections etc.Create Design master for archive(future reference)Attend DAP meetings with customer

Job description3-15 years experience in Design, drawing, planning, Cost Estimation and other fabrication related detailing of Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals process equipments.Job Profile: - Candidate should have good knowledge of design of various Chemical and Pharmaceutical Process Equipments such as heat exchangers, Reactor Vessels, Driers, filtration equipments etc. Candidate should have good knowledge of preparing Bill of Materials(BOM) and bill of quantity (BOQ) preparing the fabrication drawing & planning for fabrication and execution of work. Candidate should have good hands on experience on manual designing and by using softwares. Candidate should have good experience of design codes like ASME, API, TEMA etc. Candidate should have good communication skills with respect to interaction with clients, understanding the challenges of customer and giving correct in time solution. Investigate and undertake analysis on how to improve existing projects or components summarise scientific and engineering principles in an easy to understand manner write technical reports to summarise findings. Identify new systems and processes to drive quality, efficiency and save costs. Plan effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the approved budget Flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to change Design planning, design verification. Monitoring of design changes, overruns, engineering reworks. Preparation of site action reports for engineering errors in design.
