3-15 years experience in design, drawing, planning, cost estimation and other fabrication related detailing of pharmaceuticals and chemicals process equipments.

job profile: -

• candidate should have good knowledge of design of various chemical and pharmaceutical process equipments such as heat exchangers, reactor vessels, driers, filtration equipments etc.

• candidate should have good knowledge of preparing bill of materials(bom) and bill of quantity (boq) preparing the fabrication drawing & planning for fabrication and execution of work.

• candidate should have good hands on experience on manual designing and by using softwares.

• candidate should have good experience of design codes like asme, api, tema etc.

• candidate should have good communication skills with respect to interaction with clients, understanding the challenges of customer and giving correct in time solution.

• investigate and undertake analysis on how to improve existing projects or components

• summarise scientific and engineering principles in an easy to understand manner write technical reports to summarise findings.

• identify new systems and processes to drive quality, efficiency and save costs.

• plan effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the approved budget

• flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to change

• design planning, design verification.

• monitoring of design changes, overruns, engineering reworks.

• preparation of site action reports for engineering errors in design.

• site visits for collection of design inputs and review meetings with clients etc.

• vendor visits for review meetings and technical discussions.

• design automation, weight reduction and cost reduction

• training of subordinates.
