We are recruiting Food Factory Workers for a well-established processing plant in Flanders. The role involves working in a modern, temperature-controlled environment with strict hygiene and quality standards. This is a high-demand, well-compensated role for candidates with prior food industry experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Cutting, trimming, deboning and portioning meat products to client specifications Operating food processing and slicing machinery following training Monitoring product quality and removing any non-conforming items from the line Packing finished meat products into trays, boxes and vacuum-seal bags Following HACCP food safety and hygiene standards at all times Cleaning and sanitising workstation, machinery and cold room areas between batches Handling cold storage and chilled/frozen goods safely Completing production records and reporting wastage or breakdowns to supervisorsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year of experience in food processing, meat cutting or factory work Ability to work in cold environments (2C to 10C) for full shifts Basic English communication; Dutch or French not mandatory Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP practices preferred Physically fit with good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Reliable, disciplined and able to maintain focus on a fast-moving production line Age between 22 and 45 years Valid passport and clean food industry medical certificateWHAT WE OFFER Salary EUR 2,100-2,700/month plus shift differential and overtime premium Employer-arranged shared accommodation near the plant Belgian mandatory health insurance (Mutualit / Ziekenfonds) Work visa sponsored and processed by employer Annual bonus and seniority increment after first year Paid Belgian statutory holidays (10 public + 20 leave days per year) Safety clothing, gloves, protective gear and work boots provided free Canteen meals at subsidised rates during working shiftsIMPORTANT DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ CAREFULLYThis job opportunity is facilitated by a registered overseas recruitment consultancy operating under applicable Indian & international labour laws. Key ResponsibilitiesMeat Preparation: Cutting, deboning, trimming, grinding, and portioning meat (beef, poultry, fish) according to specifications.Customer Service: Assisting customers, advising on cuts and cooking, taking special orders, weighing, pricing, and wrapping products.Inventory & Display: Receiving, inspecting, and storing meat; creating appealing product displays; managing stock rotation to minimize waste.Health & Safety: Sharpening tools, cleaning workstations, maintaining hygiene, and adhering to food safety regulations.Operations: Performing quality checks, keeping records, coordinating deliveries, and potentially managing suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate blade or wire saws to cut blocks of stone to specified dimensions.Operate machines to grind and polish surfaces of stone blocks, slabs or other stone products to specific shape or design and to produce smooth finish.Operate sandblasting equipment to cut inscriptions or decorative designs in stone monuments.Finish stone products with spray paint and by mounting plaques or installing concrete bases.Operate stone-dressing lathe to sharpen and dress grindstones that grind logs into pulp.
