We are looking for a skilled Tailor Cutting Master to join our team in Goregaon. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment cutting and possess a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabric Cutting: Accurately cut fabric according to patterns and specifications to ensure high-quality garment production. This involves measuring and laying out fabrics carefully to avoid waste.

- Pattern Interpretation: Understand and interpret patterns to create various styles and sizes. This requires a good understanding of design and tailoring techniques.

- Quality Control: Check the finished cut pieces for defects and inconsistencies. This ensures that only high-quality materials proceed to the sewing stage.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with tailors and designers to discuss and implement cutting needs. Effective communication helps in achieving the desired outcomes in garments.

- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized workspace and manage fabric inventory, including tracking usage and sourcing materials when necessary.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have 1 to 4 years of experience in garment cutting and a strong understanding of different fabrics. A minimum education level of 10th grade is required. The ability to use cutting tools and machines safely and effectively is essential. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work independently and in a team.
