Ticketing & ReservationsManage booking, re-booking, cancellations, and modifications.Issue boarding passes and check travel documents.Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.3. Baggage HandlingAssist passengers with baggage drop, tagging, and weight check.Coordinate with baggage loading/unloading teams.Register and resolve lost, damaged, or delayed baggage cases.4. Airport OperationsManage boarding gates and make public announcements.Ensure smooth flow of passengers during boarding and deplaning.Coordinate with pilots, cabin crew, security staff, and ramp teams.Support aircraft turnaround operations and maintain on-time performance.5.
