Responsibilities:Greeting customers and offering assistance by providing product information and answering questions.Providing accurate information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services to help customers make informed decisions.Assisting customers in comparing products based on features and price to facilitate purchasing decisions.Suggesting additional products that complement the customers purchase.Ensuring shelves and racks are properly displayed and fully stocked.Handling the return process for merchandise in accordance with store policies.Working with the sales team, especially during peak times, to ensure excellent customer service.Informing customers about discounts, promotions, and special offers.Collecting and sharing customer feedback with the Store Manager to improve store services.Staying informed about new products and services to keep customers up-to-date.

MINMUM REQUIRMENTS IS SPEAKING IN HINDI AND MARATHI MUST KNOW HOW TO SALE CLOTHES TO CUSTOMER AND BASIC FOLDING SKILLS
