Our growing startup is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious content manager to join our Content Team. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for making videos and managing all the teams under the content department of our company. Successful candidates will be added to the core team which provides them with immense growth opportunities and will play a key role in Content development of our company RESPONSIBILITIES* Present Videos and represent our brand in Social media.* Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets* Scripting, editing and proofreading content.* Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.* Coordinating online events* Creating video contents* Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.* Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year* Managing the development of content* Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement* Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audiences attention* Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content* Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.* Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan REQUIREMENTS* Good understanding of Social media platforms* Basic graphic design and editing skills will be an added advantage* Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment;* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Creativity and ability to develop original content that provokes engagement* Strong leadership qualities.* Ability to multitask and take on multiple assignments* Strong analytical skill & presentation skills

Responsibilities: Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials Collaborate with a team of account managers and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team, and to client representative as needed, and participate in client pitches on occasion Revise copy based on internal and client feedback/directionSkills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline Minimum 1-2 years professional copywriting experience Exceptional writing and research skill Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
