As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing construction activities on-site. You will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.- **Monitor Construction Activities**: Oversee daily construction tasks to ensure that work is performed according to engineering plans and specifications. This includes checking materials and workmanship for quality and safety.- **Manage Workforce**: Supervise site workers and subcontractors, providing direction and support to ensure productivity and compliance with safety standards. You will foster a positive work environment and address any issues that arise.- **Coordinate with Engineers and Contractors**: Act as a liaison between the construction team and project managers, engineers, and architects. You will communicate any concerns or changes to keep the project on track.- **Conduct Site Inspections**: Regularly inspect work sites to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will also identify any potential hazards and address them promptly.- **Maintain Documentation**: Keep accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and project progress. You will help in preparing reports that reflect the current status of the project.For this role, candidates must possess a diploma in civil engineering or a related field. You should be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
