To oversee the design and development of the overall curriculum, and develop and deliver a range of programs of study (sometimes for entirely new courses) at various levels.To develop the quality assurance framework within the College?s overall framework, including the validation and revalidation of courses, and student admission and assessment.To transfer knowledge including practical skills, methods and techniques.To encourage the development of innovative approaches to course design and delivery and ensure that teaching design and delivery comply with the quality and educational standards and regulations of the department.

Performing cost estimations and preparing project budgets. Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors. Assist in checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly Quality and Quantity checking and preparation all type of Bills Ensuring that civil engineering projects are completed on time and within budget. Inspecting completed projects for compliance with industry codes, specifications, and safety standards. Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients. Assist in providing technical advice and solving problems on site Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) & rate analysis of various items
