Certification in Quantity Surveying or Estimation From BHADANIS QS Institute or Nicmar or RICS shall be given preferenceKey Responsibilities:- Cost Estimation: Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment. This will ensure accurate budgeting for each project phase.- Project Analysis: Review project plans and identify potential issues or areas for cost savings. Your insights will contribute to more efficient project delivery and resource management.- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates. Good communication will be key to ensuring everyone's needs are met.- Reporting: Prepare and present cost reports and estimates for review by stakeholders. This includes providing clear explanations of your calculations and methodologies.- Market Research: Stay updated on current market prices and trends in materials and labor.
