The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience and be responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Daily Operations: Supervise the daily construction activities to ensure they follow the project plan and timelines.- Coordinate with Workers: Communicate clearly with workers to assign tasks, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities on-site.- Conduct Site Inspections: Regularly inspect the site to check for safety compliance, quality of work, and adherence to specifications.- Report Progress: Provide daily and weekly reports on project progress to management, highlighting any challenges or delays encountered.- Manage Materials and Equipment: Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available on-site, and maintain inventory to prevent delays.- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. Good communication skills are essential for coordinating with crew members and reporting to management.
