We are looking for dynamic, ambitious and result-oriented Zonal Marketing Managers who can develop and manage the Shikksha Global Admission Cum Facility Centre Network in their assigned district.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong local contacts, marketing skills, leadership ability and an interest in the education sector.Job ResponsibilitiesThe selected Zonal Marketing Manager will be responsible for:Managing the complete Shikksha Global admission network in the assigned district.Developing Admission Cum Facility Centres at Block and Village level.Identifying suitable individuals, education professionals and local partners for establishing Facility Centres.Recruiting, onboarding and managing Centre Partners and Admission Counsellors.Generating student enquiries and converting enquiries into admissions.Promoting Shikksha Global courses, programs and admission services in the local market.Conducting student counselling, admission camps, seminars and educational awareness programs.Building strong relationships with schools, colleges, students, parents and local education networks.Managing, supporting and monitoring all Facility Centres operating under the assigned district.Setting monthly targets for Centre Partners and ensuring achievement of admission and business targets.Expanding the network by adding new villages, blocks and local representatives.Preparing regular admission, marketing and centre-performance reports.Ensuring proper branding and professional representation of Shikksha Global at the local level.Leading and motivating the district-level team to achieve business and admission objectives.Centre Development ModelThe primary responsibility of the Zonal Marketing Manager is to create a strong grassroots-level education network within the assigned district.District Block Village Admission Cum Facility Centre StudentThe candidate will identify suitable local partners and support the development of Admission Cum Facility Centres so that students can conveniently access course information, career guidance, counselling and admission assistance in or near their locality.
