Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities for commercial projects.- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including investors, property developers, homebuyers, and tenants.- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation activities.- Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and negotiations to secure new business and close deals.- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and legal regulations.- Requisite Experience: Experience with 1 - 15 years of experience in Commercial Sales, preferably in the Real estate Industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
