As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our CNC machinery operates smoothly and efficiently.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Operate CNC Machines:** Set up and run CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.- **Read Technical Drawings:** Understand and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining operations.- **Perform Quality Checks:** Conduct regular inspections of the workpieces during the production process to maintain quality standards.- **Maintain Equipment:** Regularly check and perform basic maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition.- **Collaborate with Team:** Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and priorities.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- A diploma in a relevant technical field is essential.- Basic knowledge of CNC machinery and operations is preferred, but not mandatory.- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure precision in work.- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and drawings.- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during production.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.- Good communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsible for Operating and Controlling Machine, Producing Quality Products and Maintaining the Machine. Qualification: ITI (Machinist, Tuner), DME, BE (Mech)

Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Setup: Selecting and installing appropriate tooling (dies and punches) based on material thickness and required bend radius.Programming: Entering specific dimensions and angles into the CNC controller (e.g., Delem, Cybelec, or Fanuc systems).Operation: Loading metal sheets onto the machine, aligning them against back-gauges, and executing the bending cycle.Blueprint Reading: Interpreting engineering drawings, including fold lines, bend deductions, and tolerances.Quality Control: Using precision measuring instruments like vernier calipers, protractors, and height gauges to verify the first piece and subsequent parts.Maintenance: Performing routine cleaning and lubrication of the machine to ensure operational longevity.
