Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce components as per drawings and specifications.

Set up machines, load materials, and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and production work orders.

Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

Inspect finished components using measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning activities.

Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.

Optimize material utilization to minimize waste and improve productivity.

Maintain production records and machine operation logs.

Follow workplace safety procedures and quality control guidelines.
