Sound knowledge of cutting tools and feed speed parameters and its effect on cutting performance. 8. Tactful in use of clamping devices on machines to hold job accurately and firm while machining. 8 serious about machine care and self safety and machine safety. 9 knowledge of coolant management 10 comfortable with Haas or fanuc controller. 11 Ability to work under pressure. 12 knowledge of 4th axis and or 5th axis is an advantage. 13 additional knowledge of cnc Lathe / turnmill center is an added advantage. 14 additional knowledge of CAM programming is an advantage. 15 Honesty and discipline.
