They are proficient in reading blueprints, interpreting technical drawings, and utilizing CNC software to optimize machining processes.Key Responsibilities:Program CNC Milling Machines:Develop and write CNC programs using appropriate software based on engineering drawings and specifications.Optimize programs to achieve efficient machining processes and minimize production time.1.Machine Setup and Calibration.2.Quality Assurance3.Maintenance and Troubleshooting4.Material Handling5.Documentation and Reporting6.Safety and Compliance

- 3 Axis/ 4 Axis / 5 Axis / GROB operators required.- Set-up computerized machines to perform machine functions on work pieceInput control instruction into the machine.- Evaluate program blueprints to outline machine operations and dimensions.-Install machine tools and gadgets using manual working tools.- Replace old machine tools when worn-out with new ones- Make use of network links to ensure transmission of command fromcomputer servers to computer numerical control modules- Take accurate measurements of workpiece and gauges for production- Carryout maintenance measures to ensure good condition of machines- Change or replace switches and cylinders- Good knowledge of set-up and operation- Good knowledge of blueprints and micrometers- Good knowledge of edits and G-Codes, M-Codes- Have basic knowledge of production materials
