Teamwork is vital for smooth operations.- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all specimens and data, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations, is crucial for accountability.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should hold a B.Sc degree and have some experience, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You should have strong attention to detail, as accuracy is key in this role. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential. We are looking for 3 Laboratory Technician Posts in Wadgaon Sheri, Pune,Viman Nagar, Pune, with deep knowledge in Phlebotomist,LAB Testing,Biochemistry,Haematology,Clinical Pathology and Required Educational Qualification is : Vocational Course, Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma

Key responsibilities:1. Collect and handle sample orders for Thyrocare clients at their homes.2. Use the Btech mobile app to upload vial photos/selfies and complete sample entries.3. Ensure proper handling of samples, including Vacutainer collection and centrifuging as needed.4. Provide photo proof of sample handling and maintain responsible waste management practices.5. Upsell additional services to clients for extra incentives.Other requirements1. Should have DMLT/MLT or experience as a Phlebotomist.2. Experience in sample collection and handling.2. Knowledge of using mobile apps for data entry (preferably Btech app).3. Skilled in Vacutainer collection techniques.4. Familiar with sample centrifuging processes.5. Ability to maintain waste management protocols.6. Strong communication skills and upselling ability for additional incentives.

Assist with overseeing Laboratory Staff and all technical operations of the laboratory to ensure efficient, effective and uninterrupted laboratory operations. Ensure laboratory results maintain a high level of integrity and validity to provide safe and quality results to clinicians and patients. Assists programs to plan, design and implement the installation of new or improved laboratory techniques. Directs preparations of various qualitative and quantitative reports and records as per regulatory SOP. Responsible for laboratorys training programs to include competency assessment program, safety program, hazardous waste management, chemical hygiene plan and injury prevention program.
