Client Servicing Executive Graduate Experience Jobs in Navi Mumbai

Job involves getting briefs from clients and conveying the same to the designing team. The project from the client will have to be monitored start to end. Contributing concepts to the advertising projects would also be a part of the job. Making pitch presentations will be included in the profile after gaining some experience. Some basic scientific understanding would be required.

Job Profile/Description:-Any Graduate with exceptionally good communication skills.Minimum 2-3 years experience in retail branding / advertising industry.Interacting with clients regarding orders and follow ups. Interacting with vendors for execution of work and follow ups.Build meaningful & strong relationships with existing clients.Identify and generate new businessHandle the processing of all orders with accuracy & timeliness.Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problemsEmailing the reports in Excel & PPT format to client and vendor.Maintaining MIS data in requisite formatsLead generation and customer acquisition.Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Graduate / Postgraduate with 1 to 3 years of Industry experience (within Consumer/ Technology/Industrial sector) Prior experience in B2B/Corporate client management Postgraduate / Graduate from tier I college Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc) General understanding, awareness and interest in consulting and financial markets. Demonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills. Experience interacting with senior executives. Ability to work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a team. General knowledge of European/Asian cultures, awareness of European/Asian business practices.
