As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing various construction projects in Bhubaneswar. Responsibilities:-Monitoring day-to-day activities diligently by visiting all the working sites.-Ensure supervision of construction of interior work at the site.-Ensure all carpenters, plumbers, electricians, labours etc. reach and work at place on site.-Maintain material log.-Manage the procurement of materials and labour necessary to complete the project.-Ensure unloading of materials arrived at site.-Implement the site specific Health and Safety Work Plan and ensure safe working conditions.-Record site observations, employee hours, health and safety statistics.-Supervise subcontractors and approve invoices.-Interpreting interior plans and designs.-Ensuring project completion as per the timeline.Requirements-Bachelor-s or Diploma degree Civil or in related field.-Proven work experience in interior work such as furniture, false ceiling, partition, MEP Familiarity with required tools and equipment.-Strong leadership qualities.-Good communication skills.-Ability to handle situation at site.
