We are looking for a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 8 years of experience in civil engineering and hold an I.T.I. certification. As a Civil Site Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing construction activities on site.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Site Management**: Oversee daily site operations to ensure that projects are completed on time and according to specifications.- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets industry standards.- **Coordination**: Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate records, including site reports, daily logs, and project documentation.- **Safety Compliance**: Implement safety protocols and ensure that all workers adhere to safety regulations to minimize accidents and risks on site.- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process to keep the project on track.The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should be able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools is preferred. Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs. Creates feasibility study by analyzing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data. Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules. Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction site, and verifying calculations and placements. Fulfills project requirements by training and guiding operators. Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures. Maintains project database by writing computer programs, entering data, and completing backups. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualification, Skills, Experience:- Bachelors degree in civil/structural engineering, architectural engineering, or architecture CAD and AutoCAD proficiency Design skills Site development Database design Conceptual skills 3-4 years of engineering or architectural experience.
