We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering & Technical Support Executive to support engineering, project coordination, documentation, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of civil engineering principles, strong computer proficiency, and excellent written and spoken English communication skills. The role requires close coordination with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams while ensuring project documentation and reporting are maintained to a high professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Technical Support
Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of civil engineering projects.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, BOQs, estimates, and technical documentation.
Conduct quantity calculations and material estimations.
Assist in preparing project schedules and progress reports.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
Monitor project quality and compliance with engineering standards.
Prepare technical reports and inspection reports.
Support procurement of engineering materials and equipment.
Assist in site supervision whenever required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Documentation & Administration
Prepare project documentation and maintain engineering records.
Draft technical correspondence, letters, reports, and proposals.
Maintain project files and document control.
Prepare meeting minutes and progress reports.
Organize engineering documents for audits and inspections.
Coordinate project-related approvals and documentation.
