Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure targets related to output, quality, cost, and delivery are met.

Plan and implement production schedules in line with demand forecasts and resource availability.

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize productivity.

Monitor production performance and take corrective actions to reduce downtime, scrap, and wastage.

Enforce quality standards and SOPs to ensure consistent product quality.

Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations within the plant.
