We are looking for an Interior Site Supervisor to oversee our interior projects in Pune. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well with a team. Key Responsibilities:- Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that all work is conducted according to the project plan and timelines.- Quality Control: Regularly inspect work completed by subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring it meets quality standards and specifications.- Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project goals.- Resource Management: Maintain inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring that the right resources are available for ongoing work.- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations on-site and ensure all workers adhere to safety protocols to create a safe working environment.- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or delays that arise during the project, finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.Required Skills and Expectations:- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 7 years in interior supervision or similar roles is essential, with a solid understanding of interior construction processes.- Educational Background: A B.E degree is required, providing a foundation in technical knowledge related to construction and design.- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.- Organizational Ability: Must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work to meet deadlines efficiently.- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail is crucial to ensure quality and adherence to specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Make outgoing calls to potential clients to schedule high quality leads for sales. Explain the product or service to potential clients. Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with products and services. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. Clients follow-up and visit for increasing visibility and generating business. Handling new enquiries, drawing approval from clients Quotation to client Cost approval from management Negotiation & order finalization internal approval for new order Requirements 1. Looking for BBA, MBA in Marketing (added advantage)2. Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales.3. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.4. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.5. Strong business sense and industry expertise.6. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills 7. Bike mandatory to travel for office work.
