Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials. Resolving technical issues with contractors representatives, suppliers, subcontractors, and client. Quality control in accordance standard method statements, quality plans, and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of subcontractors. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines. Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site. Preparing daily site reports. resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.PREFERENCES: Handled office interior projects of 5000sft - 30000sft. independently.Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience. Knowledge in the field of Interior Design (Corporate offices) Good command on English, Hindi, Marathi.
