Manage drawings through consultants

Extract & review GFC drawings

Study drawings and perform value engineering

Handle revisions, traders- coordination & maintain complete records

Conduct site audits and sample checks

Plan sales offices & logistics

Perform value engineering for cost-effectiveness

Ensure complete knowledge & application of UDCPR rules

Prepare basic designs as per sanctioning rules, potential calculations & premium calculations (liaisoning-related tasks)

🔹 Skills & Requirements:

Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Excel, Email

Thorough knowledge of PCMC, PMC & PMRDA sanctioning rules

Excellent design, documentation, and coordination skills
