We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will also serve as the Commercial Unit Head. The ideal candidate will possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and demonstrate expertise in handling multiple business units, financial management, and overseeing all commercial operations.Responsibilities:Financial Management: Take ownership of the organization's financial strategy, planning, and budgeting. Develop financial models and forecasts, monitor financial performance, and provide accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team.Unit Management: Act as the Commercial Unit Head, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the commercial operations of the organization's business units. Provide strategic guidance, support, and leadership to ensure effective unit performance and achievement of financial objectives.Balance Sheet Management: Manage and optimize the organization's balance sheet, including cash flow, working capital, and liquidity. Implement robust financial controls and risk management strategies to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Finance Controlling: Establish and maintain financial control systems, policies, and procedures. Conduct regular financial reviews, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team in developing and executing the organization's strategic plans. Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities in alignment with the company's objectives.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities. Represent the organization in financial negotiations, meetings, and presentations.Requirement.
