The Candidate must possess strong working knowledge of the Epoxidation Chemical Process.We want to hire Production In-Charge for carrying our Epoxidation of Vegetable Oils and Methyl Esters at our existing plant. Current production capacity of Methyl Esters is 100 MT / Day. We want to do value addition by carrying out epoxidation of the Methyl Esters at our plant. All knowledge pertaining to this subject must be possessed by the applicant. Our Methyl Esters Plant is already in working condition. Technical suggestions to improve yield, output, quality & control are expected from the candidate. Ideally he must have Min. 10 years of working experience in the Industry. We want to produce Bio-Plasticizers. For this; the knowledge of Epoxidation of Methyl Esters & Vegetable Oils is essential. Candidate will report directly to the Company Management.He will have 10 Plant Operators & Supervisors working under him. Salary will be based on experience, knowledge, & good communication skills.

1. Meeting with MCL team and R&D team to discuss new ideas and processes.2. Conducting Literature and market research for preparing feasibility reportson new processes.3. Designing and manufacturing new process pilot setups and lab setups.4. Conducting research on pilot and lab setups to reach the target yields5. Scale up of new processes (From Concept to commissioning).6. Creating design projects and specification sheets.7. Presenting process designs to management and stakeholders.8. Overseeing the engineering of prototypes and pilot plants.9. Testing Process for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevity.10. Resolving process issues.11. Overseeing the production process.12. Procurement and Vendor Development.13. Record Keeping14. Preparing SOPs for each process15. Preparing feasibility reports and Detailed Project Reports.Research and Development Engineer Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, biotechnology,Chemical engineering or relevant field.2. 2 years' experience as an R&D engineer.3. Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.4. In-depth knowledge of mechanical and Chemical engineering.5. Proficient with computer design software including AutoCAD.6. Excellent communication skills.7. Experience with project management is preferable.8. Experience of Aspen (static and dynamic) is preferable.9. Ability to translate design concepts into physical objects.10. Must have interest in bio-energy and sustainable energy sector.11. Creative and innovative thinking.12.
