qualification: b. tech / m. tech in mechanical engineering or civil engineering

min 5+ years of experience in greenfield / brownfield projects in chemicals industry

- supervise and manage third-party contractors for timely execution

- prepare work schedule for project activities

- perform quality control checks on the workmanship and agreed on deliverables

- reconcile invoices against work completed on-site

- reconcile material consumption against the budgeted quantity

- report regularly on project status

- monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications

- design support to on-site team by reading and interpreting ifc drawings

- manage project implementation complying with all safety regulations

- manage project team members, vendor, and construction contractors on site
