Meeting or exceeding sales targets of assigned area by finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Researching markets to find new business opportunities and contact potential franchisee partner to establish and build franchisee network. Visit regularly and maintain good relationship with all franchisee partners. Providing ongoing training, motivation, and sales development of Franchisee Partner to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained Understand end consumer and business needs to up-sell the companys products at Franchisee retail outlet
