The ideal candidate should have a post-graduate degree with 3-6 years of experience in a similar role. The accountant should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines. Applications are Invited for the post of Accountant Cum Data Entry Operator on Ad-Hoc Basis for MSME TC Geater Noida.Qualification:- B. Com or Equivalent from a Recognized University/ InstitutionExperience: - 1 to 3 YearsMonitoring regular conversations and responding to any questions.Creation of statutory accounts.Assuring that payments, sums, and records are accurate.Using notebooks, ledgers, and spreadsheets for sales and purchases.Documenting and organising monetary transactions.Having credit under control and pursuing debt.Preparing and archiving invoices.Processing expenditure requests for the accountant's approval.A bank reconciliation.Keeping in touch with customers, suppliers, and third-party service providers.Documenting procedures and keeping them up to date.Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time as per statutory requirements.Maintain up-to-date records of all GST-related transactions and filings.Ensure compliance with GST regulations and stay updated with any changes in tax laws.Reconcile GST data with accounting records to ensure consistency and accuracy.Preparation of monthly and quarterly GST reports for management review.Monitor and manage GST input tax credit claims and adjustments.Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during tax reviews and audits.Respond to GST-related queries from various departments within the organization.Skills :-Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Data Entry OperatorKnowledge of basic bookkeeping proceduresFamiliarity with finance regulationsGood math skills and the ability to spot numerical errorsHands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally)Eligible applicants to send their Resumes along with scanned copies of Qualification, Experience Certificates & Aadhar Card on msmetcgnoida@gmail.com on or before 20/11/2024.Job Type: Contractual / TemporaryContract length: 12 monthsBachelor's (Preferred)Work Location: Greater Noida
