Gather product fabrication, installation and assembly requirement from Client/ Project Site Study Product design and specifications in sketches, drawings, or plans to determine dimensions and optimum quantity of materials required. Measure and mark materials for cutting, thermoforming shaping or alterations as per designs specifications. Use hand tools, machines, or power saws to fabricate, maintain, and repair a variety of Products and Furniture items. Assemble and fasten materials to make Products and Furniture, Frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, Angular Jigs, dowel pins, or glue. Inspect and conduct stringent quality checks to identify defects before handover over to Painting and Polishing Section. Repair and rework damaged or defective parts or sections of Products/ Furniture. Document repairs and maintain thorough records Move necessary materials around jobsite as assigned For Projects, perform Install and Assembly of fabricated products at Client Site as per plans/designs Regular maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe operating condition Perform work in accordance with and follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
