Job Summary:We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Carpenter to join our construction team in Lithuania. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for crafting, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures. Your craftsmanship and attention to detail will be crucial in contributing to the success and quality of our construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Carpentry Work: Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and cabinetry work, to construct or repair various wooden structures and fixtures.Reading Blueprints: Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and plans to determine project specifications and requirements.Material Selection: Select and source appropriate wood and other materials for each project, ensuring their proper preparation and installation.Precision Cutting: Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials with precision and accuracy.Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, protocols, and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment and prevent accidents.Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the required quality standards and specifications.Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.Collaboration: Work closely with other construction professionals, such as masons, steel fixers, and project managers, to ensure project timelines are met.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Carpenter in construction projects.In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.Proficiency in using carpentry hand and power tools.Strong physical endurance and ability to lift heavy objects.Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
