We are looking for an experienced IT professional with 5+ years of experience in enterprise backup infrastructure, server administration, and storage management. The candidate will be responsible for providing Level-2 onsite support, monitoring backup jobs, performing backup and restore operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing storage capacity, and ensuring high availability of backup infrastructure. The role also involves incident management, change management, vendor/OEM coordination, documentation, reporting, and participation in disaster recovery activities. Candidates should have hands-on experience with enterprise backup solutions, Windows Server, Active Directory, and storage systems. B.E./B.Tech./MCA with OEM backup solution certification is preferred.
