Monitoring Evaluation Officer

• Responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of the Project

• Documentation and reporting of training and activities

• Compilation of documents and publishing

• Compiling case studies and success stories of work

• Documentation and sharing collateral communication

• Monitoring and reporting progress report against work plan and implementation schedules

• Participating in team meetings and reviews, staff engagement activities

• Attend the induction and on the job trainings.

• Executing and conducting the Trainings for field staffs/ volunteers.

Provide hand holding support to the team after training throughout the project timeline.

• Induct new members of staff by providing them with the requisite preparation and teaching upon their appointments.

• Identify and close gaps in existing staff members' skills through instruction
