Field Coordinator

o Conducting baseline assessment to understand the existing SWM system of the city.

o Performing demonstrations to create awareness on source segregation.

o Conducting events like meetings/rally/street plays to engage citizens in the solid waste management campaign

o Mapping of collection vehicle route and analysis to ensure 100% door-to-door collection and monitoring of collection vehicle route physically on daily basis.

o Prepare, manage and submit the progress report required by the customer to release the payment

o Conduct regular weekly meetings of the team, understand the issues and intervene to resolve those

o Establish cordial relationships with important stakeholders such as but not limited to Chief Officer, Nagaradhyaksh, Corporators, and Respected Citizens.
