The candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) and Building Automation Systems at various projects.Key Responsibilities* Install, configure, test and commission BMS and building automation systems.* Monitor and troubleshoot BMS-related issues at project sites.* Work with HVAC control systems and associated field devices.* Handle BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, panels and related equipment.* Perform system integration and communication testing.* Work with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus and other relevant protocols.* Coordinate with project, electrical, HVAC and other technical teams during installation and commissioning.* Carry out preventive maintenance, fault finding and corrective actions.* Prepare and maintain site reports, testing/commissioning records and other technical documentation.* Support project execution and ensure work is completed according to required quality and safety standards.* Travel to project sites as required.Required Skills* Good understanding of BMS / Building Automation Systems.* Knowledge of HVAC controls.* Basic knowledge of DDC / PLC / SCADA will be an advantage.* Knowledge of BACnet / Modbus is preferred.* Ability to troubleshoot electrical/control-system-related issues.* Good communication and coordination skills.* Willingness to work at project sites.
