Urgent Requirement For BMS Engineer

Job Description

Technicom Engineers Network is looking for a motivated and technically skilled BMS Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) and Building Automation Systems at various projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, configure, test and commission BMS and building automation systems.

* Monitor and troubleshoot BMS-related issues at project sites.

* Work with HVAC control systems and associated field devices.

* Handle BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, panels and related equipment.

* Perform system integration and communication testing.

* Work with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus and other relevant protocols.

* Coordinate with project, electrical, HVAC and other technical teams during installation and commissioning.

* Carry out preventive maintenance, fault finding and corrective actions.

* Prepare and maintain site reports, testing/commissioning records and other technical documentation.

* Support project execution and ensure work is completed according to required quality and safety standards.

* Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills

* Good understanding of BMS / Building Automation Systems.

* Knowledge of HVAC controls.

* Basic knowledge of DDC / PLC / SCADA will be an advantage.

* Knowledge of BACnet / Modbus is preferred.

* Ability to troubleshoot electrical/control-system-related issues.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Willingness to work at project sites.
