Hiring For Printer Service Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Computer & Printer Hardware Engineer responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge of hardware components, and the ability to provide onsite and in-shop support.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair desktop, laptop, and printer hardware issues

Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components

Troubleshoot laser printers, inkjet printers, barcode printers, and thermal printers

Perform chip-level or board-level repair (if required)

Install operating systems, drivers, and software

Network printer setup and sharing configuration

Preventive maintenance and servicing of devices

Maintain service reports and job records

Provide customer support and technical guidance

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s in Computer Hardware, IT, or related field

Knowledge of printer mechanisms (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, etc.)

Understanding of motherboard, SMPS, RAM, SSD/HDD installation

Basic networking knowledge (LAN, IP setup)

Ability to use diagnostic tools and multimeters

Good communication and customer handling skills

Experience with thermal or POS printers

Knowledge of CCTV or networking devices

Field service experience

Ability to handle multiple repair tasks efficiently
