-Responsible for driving sales at designated residential project.- Acquiring new customers through data calling, self-generation, networking and referral.- Attending client calls received through marketing campaigns understanding & explaining about project, ensuring diligent follow up and converting leads to site visits.- Ensure accuracy of deliverables, client service and engagement calls, meetings, site visits, follow up, timely submission of MIS reports & overall governance at designated project.- Attending Client Walk ins, explaining them about the project, handling queries & closing sales with help of site head.- Achieving sales targets given by site head, maximizing site visits & conversion under guidance of site head.-Generate new business & drive sales by developing new meaningful business connections.
