Role & Responsibilities :1. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from potential and existing customers. Provide accurate information aboutloan products, eligibility, terms, and application processes.2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand andassess customer needs to offer suitable loan solutions.3. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets. Track and report on sales performance metrics.4. Documentation and Compliance: Accurately complete loan applications and ensure all documentation is collectedand processed. Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements for loan transactions.5. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest loan products, market trends, and industry regulations. Provideclear and accurate information to customers.6. Customer Service: Address and resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional manner. Follow up withcustomers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies. Participate in teammeetings and training sessions.8.
