Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, cash flow statements, and income statements. Assist with tax return filing for various clients. Participate in audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards. Calculate and deposit TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax). Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable. Assist senior staff with month-end closing procedures. Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting regulations and best practices. Prepare financial reports and analyze financial data to identify trends. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a public accounting firm or similar environment. Proven experience with record keeping, financial reporting, and tax return filing. Working knowledge of TDS, GST, and other relevant Indian tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
