Maintain proper filing and record system (digital and physical) for accounting & compliance purposes.Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.Relevant Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or MSME setup. Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel. Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and manual salary processing.
