Job DescriptionTechnicom Engineers Network is looking for a motivated and technically skilled BMS Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) and Building Automation Systems at various projects.Key Responsibilities* Install, configure, test and commission BMS and building automation systems.* Monitor and troubleshoot BMS-related issues at project sites.* Work with HVAC control systems and associated field devices.* Handle BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, panels and related equipment.* Perform system integration and communication testing.* Work with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus and other relevant protocols.* Coordinate with project, electrical, HVAC and other technical teams during installation and commissioning.* Carry out preventive maintenance, fault finding and corrective actions.* Prepare and maintain site reports, testing/commissioning records and other technical documentation.* Support project execution and ensure work is completed according to required quality and safety standards.* Travel to project sites as required.Required Skills* Good understanding of BMS / Building Automation Systems.* Knowledge of HVAC controls.* Basic knowledge of DDC / PLC / SCADA will be an advantage.* Knowledge of BACnet / Modbus is preferred.* Ability to troubleshoot electrical/control-system-related issues.* Good communication and coordination skills.* Willingness to work at project sites.

Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering Degree from an accredited college or university.Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS Engineering, Testing & CommissioningSCADA, PLC, BMS engineering/programming experience preferred.Strong understanding of OPC, BACnet, Modbus protocol to include IP, ETH and MS/TPDesign, development, commissioning, and testing of Building automation systemsBMS/SCADA/HMI graphic screen developmentIO Loop test and Functional testBasic knowledge on SQL database programming.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsProviding technical support to clientsExperience with current trends in automation and instrumentation to be able to select and implement modern controls architecturesStrong communication and organizational skills

Prepare Develop detailed BIM models for ELV systems (IBMS, FDAS, Control System, PLC, VESDA etc.), security (ACS, CCTV, PA, Boom Barrier etc.), communication and data networks.Understand and develop Schematic Drawings, System Architecture, and layouts of ELV Systems, Block Diagram, Cable, Cable Tray, and Conduit layout based on received calculations,Have experience in working in field for building management system installation and commissioning.Perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to ELV elements.Generate construction BIM Model and support the creation of as-built Models.Collaborate with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies related to ELV systems.Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable.
