designation : bms engineer (purely global onsite requirement) passport is must

experience : 4-5 yrs. experience on ahu/vav/fcu/chiller/boiler commissioning experience

education qualification: be

1. ahu/vav/fcu/chiller/boiler commissioning experience

2. ddc/plc commissioning experience

3. understanding of bms architecture and communication protocol

4. know-how knowledge of ddc programming and graphics

5. good customer engagement and communication skills

6. engineers need to handle the site independently

7. bms hardware submittal: how to prepare io list, schematic diagrams, sequence of operation, wiring diagrams, hvac equipment knowledge & how it works ( ahu, chiller, fcu, vav)

8. bms commissioning: hands-on experience in ddc/dcs/plc programming, graphics engineering, and integration of modbus & bacnet devices.
