Key Responsibilities:1. Set up and operate CNC machines, including milling, turning, and grinding machines.2. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate production.3. Load and unload parts, tools, and materials, and perform routine maintenance tasks.4. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs as needed.5. Meet production deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements.6. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.Requirements and Skills:1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.2. 2+ years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.3. Strong knowledge of CNC machines, programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code), and software (e.g., CAD/CAM).4. Excellent mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet production deadlines.6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Roles and Responsibilities Candidate must be from Sheet Metal industry. Plan and organize production schedules. Assess project and resource requirements. Determine quality control standards are adhered to. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. Manage multiple projects and complete delivery before or at deadline. Get day to day production work from design department. Discuss the design with design head for queries and solutions. Material planning for the discussed design well in advance to avoid production delay. Monitor production at each level and resolve the issues, if any. Ensure health and safety precautions are adhered to. Ensure final output meets quality standards in all production department. Plan daily production to meet project expectations. Enhance productivity of all production department. List out all raw material for current and future projects and update the same to concern department. Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment Production activities in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Welding, Machining (Machines :- Shering, Bending, Rolling ,CNC) . Experience of sheet metal processing. Knowledge of basic production activities, ensure plan Vs. Actual are met. Desired Candidate Profile BE/Diploma in Mechanical Experience total work: 1-3 years (Preferred) production activities. Must have knowledge in welding. Knowledge of basic production activities Three Shift For Machinshop Engineer Must have knowledge of Shering, Bending, Rolling ,CNC Machines, drawing readingFor Fabrication Supervisor Must have knowledge of Grinding, CO2 welding , spot welding, drawing reading Salary : 4 LPA Benefits Health insurance Monthly Sales Incentive on CTC
